11.1. Right of Withdrawal

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
The withdrawal period applies to all individual customers and to all products in our catalog, except for those excluded in our General Terms of Sale.
11.2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which:

11.4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
Items must be returned to the address provided after we receive your withdrawal request, accompanied by all relevant information about your identity and order.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal.
11.5. Costs
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. These costs can be estimated using the La Poste website (https://www.laposte.fr/particulier) by clicking on "calculate a rate".
If, in the case of an off-premises contract, the item cannot normally be returned by post due to its nature and was delivered to your home, we will collect the item at our expense.
11.6. Liability
You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item.
11.7. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the contracts listed in Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
12. Commercial Warranties
Any commercial warranty applies without prejudice to the consumer’s right to benefit from the legal warranty of conformity under Articles L217-1 to L217-32 of the French Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.
It applies in addition to the consumer’s rights under the legal guarantee of conformity for the entire duration thereof.

Some manufacturers offer a specific warranty (such as direct handling by the manufacturer, on-site warranty, or extended warranty).
